Structural Connectivity Classifier

Algebraic connectivity · Fiedler value · Cheeger bounds · Regime classification

Given any network (brain, habitat, supply chain, power grid, social network), compute the exact algebraic distance from the current state to the fragmentation boundary of the admissible space. The Fiedler value λ₂ is this distance. The Fiedler vector identifies which partition would separate first. The Cheeger inequality provides proved two-sided bounds on both quantities.

Example Networks

One edge per line. Numeric: 1-2, 1 2 0.5. Named: Brain-PFC, CityA CityB 0.8. Or upload a CSV adjacency matrix.
